Where possible, I will provide you with task-specific pricing options so you can mix and match given your budget and priorities. Lastly, I will send you a home improvement contract agreement detailing the description of services and materials and other details. My approach is straight forward and to have clear communication and expectations as we work together.

My approach is to assess your properties features and your needs, and propose conceptual design ideas and schematic drawings for your approval to move forward.

I follow your lead, whether you want an a contemporary, modern, minimalist aesthetic or a more traditional, classic and cozy feel. I am happy to help as needed, especially when it comes to sourcing material choices and finishings that match your taste and elevate your space.

Who is on My Team?

I have lived and worked in many countries and speak Spanish and Portuguese. Part of what I love about my work is having a direct relationship and communication with the tradesmen on my projects. I have assembled a team of skilled tradesmen including electric, plumbing, ceramic, and carpentry as needed for your projects.

My biggest asset are the trust and peace-of-mind knowing that I can trust the team I have assembled to provide careful, quality workmanship. I know that reputation with clients and positive relationships with employees and subcontractors are our most important assets.
