Emily Waytoti
I started Build & Blossom to fill a gap in the market and by helping clients that want to have work done and are looking for a contractor they can trust. As a homeowner, I have designed and managed home improvement projects over the past 10 year and understand first-hand the needs and concerns homeowners have when looking for a home improvement contractor.
I enjoy the creative processes of visualizing a finished project and then the hands-on creative solutions and attention to detail to make it reality. I most enjoy seeing my clients’ inspiration and anticipation as we work together to define their creative vision, and then seeing their eyes light up when they see the finished product “reveal.”
Mario Cruz
Mario Cruz is Build & Blossom’s lead general contractor (MHIC 05-137835). He has a wealth of experience in the construction industry and leads our Home Improvement portfolio. Mario stands out for his excellent communication style and enjoyable personality to work with. He will ensure that every aspect of your remodeling or construction project is handled efficiently and to the highest standards.

Build & Blossom has assembled a team of skilled tradesmen including electric, plumbing, ceramic, and carpentry as needed for your projects. We know that reputation with clients and positive relationships with employees and subcontractors are our most important assets. As part of our commitment to integrity, we treat our workers fairly and it shows in the quality of their work.
Edgar Santos is Build & Blossom’s lead tradesman. He specializes in custom carpentry and is known for his careful, quality workmanship.
